These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Niche Navigator (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Niche Navigator helps you monitor public online discussions (including public Reddit content), generate analysis, and receive notifications. The Service may change over time and we may add, remove, or modify features.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and plan details are shown at purchase. Payments are processed by our payment processor (for example, Stripe) and are subject to their terms.
Refund policy: we offer a 30-day refund policy for new subscriptions unless prohibited by law or otherwise stated at purchase. To request a refund, email matt@nichenavigator.io.
Taxes may apply. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service in a way that violates third-party terms (including platform rules for Reddit or email providers).
5. Your content and inputs
You may provide inputs to the Service (such as subreddit lists, thresholds, prompts, and feedback). You represent you have the rights to provide such inputs. You grant us a license to use your inputs to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, email providers, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be governed by their separate terms.
7. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, including all software, design, and content we provide. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are granted.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for how you use the Service and any actions you take based on it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche Navigator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
